1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and RelyTech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that develops and operates RelyVPN. They apply to the RelyVPN website, applications, VPN service, licenses, subscriptions, data packages, support features, and related services.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Cookie and Tracking Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and a business user represents that they have authority to bind the organization they represent.
3. Service and license model
RelyVPN provides encrypted network connectivity for legitimate privacy, security, and network-protection purposes. Availability, server selection, speed, latency, and compatibility vary with location, device, internet provider, network conditions, maintenance, and capacity.
RelyVPN does not require a traditional email-and-password account. The Service uses device and license identifiers to provide access, validate purchases, restore entitlements, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and provide support. No-account access does not mean that no technical or transaction data is processed; see the Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, RelyTech LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to install and use the software for personal or authorized internal business use. Plan-specific device sharing and restoration features do not permit resale, public distribution, or commercial exploitation of a license.
4. Free mode, paid plans, and billing
Free mode
The free mode includes a one-time 300 MB full-speed allowance on one device. After that allowance is used, the free mode continues without a fixed expiry at a maximum speed of 160 kbps. Actual speed may be lower because of network conditions and capacity. Free features, servers, and availability may change, but any material restriction will be disclosed before it applies.
Paid plans and data packages
Paid features, duration, data allowance, supported devices, price, currency, taxes, renewal status, and payment channel are shown at checkout. A time-limited prepaid plan or data package is a one-time purchase unless the checkout clearly states that it renews. Data packages are consumed according to the traffic measurement shown in the app.
Subscriptions
App Store, Google Play where available, or other subscription-channel purchases renew automatically only when the store or checkout expressly says so. The applicable platform charges the displayed price at each renewal until cancellation. Cancel before the platform's stated renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally does not end access already paid for.
Prices and plan terms can change prospectively. We will not retroactively change a completed one-time purchase. Storefront pricing and mandatory consumer rights may vary by country or region.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation through the channel that billed you. Refund eligibility and instructions differ for Apple, Google Play, website payments, and cryptocurrency payments. The complete rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and for the activity conducted through your device or license. The Service may not be used to:
- commit, facilitate, or conceal unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or threats;
- access systems, accounts, devices, or data without authorization;
- distribute malware, conduct phishing, send spam, attack networks, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with service availability;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- defeat or interfere with plan, device, payment, security, or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly distribute the Service without written authorization; or
- use torrent or peer-to-peer file-sharing traffic where the Service blocks that functionality.
7. Availability, updates, and security
We may add, remove, replace, or maintain servers and features; address abuse or security issues; and release required software updates. Older versions may stop working when continued operation would create security, compatibility, or reliability risks.
Use only the official App Store listing or files linked from relyvpn.com. Direct-download details, signatures, checksums, expected behavior, and removal instructions are published on the Download Transparency page. You choose whether to install a direct-download build after reviewing those details.
No network or software can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. You should keep your operating system current, protect your device and license information, and maintain backups appropriate to your needs.
8. Privacy and user content
Our Privacy Policy explains what device, connection, traffic-volume, diagnostic, transaction, support, and website data we process and how to request access or deletion. We do not claim that no data is processed merely because no traditional account is required.
If you send support messages or use a community feature, you retain rights in the content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, moderate, secure, and respond to it. Do not submit content you lack permission to share.
9. Ownership and feedback
The Service, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and original content are owned by RelyTech LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a right to use the Service, not ownership of it.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
10. Third-party services
App stores, payment processors, operating systems, internet providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent services. Store rules control billing, refunds, and distribution where they process the transaction.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, abuse, fraud, security threat, legal requirement, non-payment, or material risk to other users or the Service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to the separate cancellation and refund rules.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise access to any particular server, website, app, service, country, speed, or uninterrupted connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelyTech LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RelyTech LLC for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or forums available under the law of their place of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will change the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the website, app, or support channel. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
Translations are provided for convenience and accessibility. If versions conflict, the English version controls only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
