You pay upfront for the selected period (e.g., 1 month, 1 year, 2 years) and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
With our Unlimited plan, you can connect up to 3 devices simultaneously. Data pack plans also allow up to 3 devices. The Free plan allows 1 device.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform you used to purchase it (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
If you purchased directly via Stripe on our website, you can manage your subscription by visiting the customer portal. Please enter the email address you used for the subscription below:
Please note that cancelling stops the auto-renewal, but your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
