General

This is the most recent terms of services agreement as of April 25, 2026. When accessing the services of RelyVPN, you agree to the terms listed below. If you disagree with any of the terms, then you may not access the services. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice, so please check it regularly. Please read the terms and conditions very carefully before using RelyVPN. We strongly recommend that you explore the RelyVPN website before using the service.

Services and Privacy Policy

RelyVPN provides secure and private data transmission. RelyVPN does not store users' originating IP addresses when connected to our service and therefore cannot identify users from IP addresses assigned to our servers. We do not log the applications, services, websites, DNS queries, or traffic contents you access while connected. RelyVPN does not require account credentials, email registration, or a password to use the Service.

Advertising Attribution

We use Apple's AdServices framework to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on the App Store. This data helps us understand how users discover our app and does not track you across other apps or websites.

License and Purchase Information

RelyVPN uses a license system instead of account registration. A license may be created, activated, restored, or shared to another device without an email address or password. To operate the license system, we may process a license identifier, purchase status, product tier, activation time, device count, and similar non-content metadata needed to validate access, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Purchases are processed by app stores or payment providers. RelyVPN does not collect or store your card number, billing address, app store account email, or Apple ID password. Payment providers may send us limited transaction or entitlement information needed to activate or restore your license.

If you contact support, we only receive the information you choose to provide in that conversation.

The service our app provides is in compliance with relevant laws. Please be noted that torrenting is not available when connected to VPN because torrents may result in bans of your IP address by third parties.

Copyright

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RelyVPN and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the relevant jurisdictions and foreign countries.

End User License Agreement (EULA) for RelyVPN

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and RelyVPN ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") for the use of our virtual private network service and related software applications (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for your personal use.

Prohibited Activities

You explicitly agree not to:

• Use the Service to download, upload, transmit, or access any copyrighted material without proper authorization from the copyright holder;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, protocol, or underlying mechanisms of the Service;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Use the Service for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Share, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our explicit written permission.

Service Availability and Performance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The availability and performance of our VPN nodes, whether free or paid, are subject to dynamic adjustments and modifications;
• Nodes may experience temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, network conditions, or other factors beyond our control;
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific node or the Service as a whole;
• We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify nodes at any time without prior notice;
• Service quality and speed may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to your location, internet connection, and server load.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights to use the Service shall immediately terminate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We may notify users of material changes through the Service, the website, or other in-product support channels. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
